#193 Studio - Keep Offsets on Importing Frames

I've been doing a fair amount of shape edits and recolors lately, and one feature that slows me down is importing overwrites the x,y offsets even in an existing SHP file. Can it not do this? GIMP does not work well with them, so I have to edit/resave without it.
