#158 Display bulid date of executable

Can we see the build date of executable file on the game menu like - 1.5.0svn (Oct 30 2012)?
We can just see "1.5.0svn" now, from Exult start menu screen.

Anywhere convenient to see will be ok, like game options menu.

at least you should see the date in the properties of the exe. AND you can see it in stdout.txt (where exult.cfg is).
