#2039 Waiter schedule in Trinsic fails to serve

The WAITER schedule appears to have multiple issues in Trinsic in BG/FOV.
If Spark sits at the south seat (north-facing) at the northern-most table, the waiter will never place a plate, and thus never serve him.
If I manually put the Avatar, Iolo, and Spark in the N, S, and E seats, in EAT_AT_IN, the waiter will never place any plate for any of them.
The waiter will turn the empty cauldron into a blue-magic sauce, then place a spittoon on top of it (upper right corner), then pick up the spittoon and turn the cauldron green.
The waiter will also treat the new spittoon on the kitchen table, go to try to place plates, fail, and go back to pick up the spittoon.
The waiter will stop at the bar, make the "Use" swing a few times, but nothing appears.
In Britain, the waiter will place sausage below the pan on the stove, rather than on top of it.
