#2007 Lorthondo's Bone Dragon cutscene is broken in SI

In Dungeon Freedom in SI, the cutscene triggered by entering Lorthondo's throne room never happens. The man he's talking to never appears, and he simply stands still. This doesn't break the game, because he appears later without any problem.

Attached is the best savegame. All you need to do is walk through the teleporter and use the key on the correct door, and the bug will be replicated.
