#1987 SI: No bandits appear when Selina left the team outside the Mint

Hi all,

One day when I was playing the game and click save after accepting the request from Selina, it poped up an error message about Exult engine error and I quited the game. I reinstall Exult again and finally back to the game.

However, after getting all golds in Mint and left the Mint, Selina left our team but no bandit appeared.... Pay fine to bail out Hawk is ok but when I went to Monitor, all ppl disappeared except the guards....

Please help!

Your Exult version is several builds back: Jun 28 2016

Every NPC after Selina (>44) is gone. Others may be better able to dig into your .SAV file, but by the size of NPC.dat alone it looks wrong.

I would be curious if the save game immediately prior to this works okay?

All save files are almost the same progress as the attached one and same problems as well... T_T

Your game is completely broken for some reason.
Can you give more information?
- which version of SI (floppy, CD-Rom, Ultima Collection, GOG...)?
- did you use any mod?
- anything particular that happened before?

Other than that, I can only recommend you start a new game

It's from GOG and I didn't use any mod.

When I clicked save, the game kept loading. An error message poped up about exult engine and the game quited itself. Then I tried to re-enter the game but failed few times. So I reinstalled Exult and finally can enter the game butthe problem occurred....
