The old bug where dishes and other things left behind accumulate while tavernkeepers serve patrons is still active on SI Fixes, even with the latest snapshot.
We now mark the plates and food we create as 'temporary', so they should disappear if you walk far enough away. Also, the waiter will pick them up at the end of her shift, like in the original.
But the ones left around in existing games before the fix will still remain.
