EPOScan ext utils is a software that helps you manipulate the ext folder created using the download menu option in EPOScan. EPOScan is a software created by the European Patents Office(EPO) to scan and index the data so it can be converted in ST33 patents file standard.
Some of the features can be executed using EPOScan itself, but for that you must upload the ext file back. Some other features are only possible under extutils, like:

View the ext folder with the documents folders translated into the documents number instead of the standard name(Doc0001, Doc0002, etc);

Save all the images of a document as PDF file;

Remove an image from the document;

Indexing validation based on Pag.lst information;

Check if there is a Pag.lst file and if it has a BATCH tag;

Allows you to Refresh the image displayed in case you decide to edit it;

Allows you to refresh the image nodes in the tree in case you edit the Pag.lst file;
EPOScan extutils was built with Java Swing and works only on the ext folder(no database access at all). It uses and updates the Pag.lst file accordingly.

I couldn't test the I18N, but it has a us_EN properties file with the proper translation.
