Which version of extundelete are you using? (extundelete -v tells you) If it is 0.2.0 or older, I suggest upgrading.
You used the command
extundelete /dev/sda3 --restore-directory /home/user/Wideo/lost --after 1358323320
which is almost certainly the wrong directory, unless the files you lost were in the "lost" directory. The argument to restore-directory should be the directory your now deleted files were in, and should probably be "home/user/Wideo", or maybe "user/Wideo". If none of that works, just try a restore-all and see what that turns up. As long as you have enough extra space, you can always re-delete any extra files you find.
