ExtremeSweep v0.3 is released.

ChangeLog for ExtemeSweep v0.3:

* Classic Intermediate, Expert and Extreme! boards are functionally 
complete.
* Application will automatically resize and display scrollbars if necessary.
* wxASSERT() replaced all assert() methods.
* wxLogDebug() replaced most printf() methods.
* README contains instructions on compiling wxWindows and libxml2.

Known bugs in ExtremeSweep v0.3:

There are too many bugs to mention all of them; below are the major bugs.

* Program may crash when choosing a different board type.
* Different levels and board types may behave irregularly.
* There are memory leaks everywhere.
