Assuming I'm not treading on anyone's toes, I'll volunteer 
for this. It would give me the opportunity to so something
while I'm learning the ropes.

Would anyone have any objections to me  using php or would
plain html be prefered?

I have a couple of days of work so  I will be able to find 
some time to flesh something out.
