[Extgraph-developer] new files in cvs

I have distributed new version to cvs repository. 

There are 

-          SVG grapher demo application with dynamic svg examples

-          Enhancements and bug fixes especially in TSVGNode implementation
ans TExtGraph Load/Save SVG file.
