Another one that is quite important.

Simplegraph "out of the box" doesn't allow multiple links connecting
the same nodes, but real world has such thing for either redundancy
or efficiency. Allowing them is easy but then have make sure that links
are parallel lines not just on top of each other. A cleaner implementation 
of this is possible, I am sure.
