#7 Integration in webdav/ftp

As someone request for CVS, it would be great to be
able to use it when synchronize from ftp.

BTW, is there anyway to subtiture the genuine "compare
editor" by an enternal tool, because in this way, it
will be available anywhere compare option is available ?

FTP sync is not something I've got any experience with,
but I'll try to come up to speed and do the integration.

I considered completely replacing the original "compare"
tool with this external diff tool, but figured it would be
safer to leave the original tool there. Maybe a future
configuration option for this tool could be a choice of
replacing the original compare tool vs adding this tool to
all the appropriate menus, as it is currently being
designed.
