Show Caller List Action

This very simple plugin adds an action "Show Callers" to the context menu of SOAP and REST operations.
Selecting this action causes a dialog to open and list all calls made to this operation throughout the current project. This includes call in single requests attached to the operation as well as calls in test cases. Double clicking on an entry on the list dialog opens the actual item.
