[extend-a-story-devel] Documentation now XHTML 1.1 Compliant

I've completed my pass of making the documentation XHTML 1.1 compliant. 
I've made an external stylesheet for ease of use. I've also committed the 
whole mess into CVS.

I will ask my users to take a look at the new documentation files to see
if there are any older browsers still out there that I need to worry
about. Let me know any issues you have with what I've done so far as well.
I'd like to hammer out any basic issues with migrating to XHTML 1.1 before
moving onto the PHP code.
