#8 PHP Script to Build Database

Currently, you need access to a MySQL command line client to run the SQL script that creates the Extend-A-Story tables. However, not everyone has access to a MySQL command line client, or is comfortable working with it. It would nice to provide a PHP script for creating the tables for those people.
