#20 Prevent Authors from Viewing the Content of Deleted Episodes

Authors are able to view the edit history of episodes that they created. However, if an episode is deleted for whatever reason, and a new author creates that episode again, the new author can see the edit history of the episode before it was deleted. This can be a problem if the episode was deleted due to containing content that may not be appropriate for some visitors.

Authors should be able to view edits of episodes they've created only back to the point where they created the episode. If an episode was previously deleted, any new author of that episode should not be able to view the content of the episode before it was deleted. Moderators should still be able to view the full edit history of an episode.
