#12 Confusing Options

I found I was very overwhelmed at the amount of options. An automatic link to the doc files would be nice.

If you go with the signed in authors, then maybe you could have basic/advanced editor options.

I also think the layout could be improved. The big blurb at the top means I have to scroll everytime I add an episode.
