#10 PHP Script to Reset Admin Password

When the admin password is lost, someone who knows their way around a MySQL client can reset it themselves. However, if you don't have access to a MySQL client, or aren't comfortable working with it, you are basically out of luck. It would be nice if a PHP script was provided that would allow someone to reset the admin password.
