#6 Group options, time in flyer view

Hello,

I have added three new Group-Option.
The first enables the create event button for group
members.
The second enables the edit/delete event buttons for
group members.
The third gives the group members the ability to submit
the event like an administrator.
By this you can disable events in settings for public and
enable events for special groups.

Also I've added the start time in flyer view.

Language files german and english modified.

The upgrade tool is enabled.

How do I incorporate this patch into my existing Ext Calendar
2? Do I just overwrite the files in my directory with those files
in the zip?
