#46 Printing Issues

Printing Monthly View is missing many things.
1.) Category Colors at bottom of calendar don't print.
2.) Grid on calendar does not print or is white same as background.
3.) Shaded background in day cells does not print.
4.) Print some out and see all the other problems with printing.
