[ext2resize] greetings and some cvs commits

This list seems so quiet. I've just joined you, thanks to Andreas Dilger.
buytenh seems not responding. And there're also Stephen C. Tweedie and
Robert Walsh.

I think you are all on this mailing list and also cvs commit mailing
list, no? I've done some commits and you should have received notice
mails. They are:

Makefile and src/Makefile, doc/Makefile are removed from the cvs repository=
.
BLKGETSIZE64 re-fixed.
get over 2TB fix, 2TB: 12+29=3D41
ext2resize usage fix

If I made any mistakes, _complain_ _loudly_ please.
