[ext2resize] How to use free space after shrink

Hi,

I used ext2resize to shrink an ext3 partition. Everything worked
smoothly and the new size of it is, in fact, reduced.

Now I want to use the extra space to create a new partition but fdisk
doesn't find any free space on the disk.

What should I do to create a new partition and start using it?
