Thanks Adilger, I have just applied the patch from CVS download from the 
link:
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/ext2resize/ext2resize/patches/online-ext3-2.4.18.diff?rev=1.11&content-type=text/vnd.viewcvs-markup

Unluckily, seems not working and same error prompt.
Any possible cause for this pls?
