Hi all, There appears to be some problem with online resizing an ext3 filesystem by more than 2TB at a go. When 2TBs have been added to the filesystem, it prints out this error message: ext2resize: couldn't flush! I don't have any more details - that's all I got in the bug report. Looks like a signed/unsigned problem, perhaps? 2TB is certainly a suspicious-sounding number... Anyway, restarting the resize after the failure allows it to continue correctly, so it's not the end of the world. I'm going to try to get this fixed over the next few days, though - I'm running an online resize right now from 10GB up to 3.2TB with verbose and debug modes turned on. Watch this space. Regards, Robert. |
