[ext2resize] New stuff

Hi,

ext2online in the CVS head now accepts a -C <fd> option.  If specified,
it outputs completion feedback to file descriptor <fd>.  Use it like
this:

  # ext2online -C 1 /whee

to get output on stdout.

Something to look at while large resizes are happening.
