Something I've just noticed right now (in both the 2.4 and 2.5 patches)
is the #define EXT3FS_DEBUG at the top of resize.c.  Is that there for
some particular reason, or is it safe to nuke it?  It comes before the
#includes, so it probably does have repercussions.
