[ext2resize] Latest ext3 online resize patches

Hi all,

I checked in some new patches for ext3 online resize yesterday.  The
patches are against 2.4.18 and 2.4.19.  I'll roll a 2.4.20 patch as soon
as 2.4.20 is finalized.

These patches should solve the oops that occurs when resizing and doing
I/O at the same time.  Please let me know if you see any other problems.

The patches are also available on the ext2resize sourceforge patch page.
