[ext2resize] Online enlarging with 2.4.0-test10

I'm using ext2resize and LVM under kernel 2.4.0-test10, and it works fine.
But I would like the ext2online to work as well, and there is no patch for
my kernel. I've tried to apply the most recent 2.3.x patch, but that didn't
work.

Will there be a 2.4.0-patch available, or are there anything else I can do
to make online size-changing work?
