mount root question

  • Nobody/Anonymous

Sorry for this dump question, but I would like to make sure that I dont do a mistake.
In the Readme it states that "Boot/Root is not supported."
This means that I cant mount a root partition?
I have gentoo installed on one large ext3 partion, so I wont be able to mount it?! It crashes on mount...
    Thanks in advance.

Boot/Root support means that you cannot boot and/or root a Mac OS X install from an ext2 drive. This does not affect mounting after OS X has booted.

If you are getting a crash, I need to see the panic log file.
