i see that if i have two files in the same directory (FOO and Foo), i'm only able to view one of them ... is this a limitation in windows ?  or is the extfsd driver pandering to windows and purposefully doing this ?

would be cool if we could mount an ext2 partition in windows and have it actually be case preserving and case sensitive since there's no way we can get this out of native windows filesystems (FAT/NTFS)
