#18 fatal (java) error on start of install

can't open the fresh downloader package "EXP Soundboard_05.exe" (2e2732e259e69e95a64903f54b2a11d3 MD5) on a windows 10, there's a Logfile with this header:

i additional installed a older java 7.8 version to my existing but this did not change anything.
