I'd reckon. XPL would seem to flourish in a rich Message Soup, like COM
and CORBA.

Hi! I'm an XPL program, and I speak fluent Java Bean!

Yes indeed. But we stand to learn heaps, just bybuilding a James Clark
XP parser for the tags we
have already. The architecture debate can start in
parallel, and draw on our experience with the
prototype effort.
Hah! Those Wright Brothers, how much aerodyamics
do they know? :-)

I promise to give it a rest after this, but Aly's"What is
compilation?"
rocked me back on my heels.
I mean, the idea of compilation was delivered with
such gravity in the courses I did, that we went away
thinking it was The Inner Knowledge. The killer was
that Aly turns out to be very shrewd on software
architecture.
The paradigm has shifted.
I was burning off the weeds and thistles the other day,
when a couple of 10-yearolds stopped to join in.
Presently, I discovered I had run into the first
generation who have never seen Alien. Welcome to
the 21st Century, Jonno.

These are the FAQs. Muchas gracias.
