Windows binaries fixed

I manged to get expressionsolve to compile as a windows .exe file. I'm not sure how I go the boost libraries to compile correctly, so I don't know if it'll all fall apart down the road. But for now, the windows version is working and ready to go.

I still can't manage the downloads page, so if you can't seem to find it on the main download page, browse all the files and download it there.
