#16 error message on startup, always

Always I get this at startup

at PluginCore.Managers.EventManager.DispatchEvent(Object sender, NotifyEvent e)

Also getting that error all the time now. I'm not sure if it's since I've enabled multi-instances of FlashDevelop, but it makes it seem very unstable to work with now.

No, it's definitely not linked to multi instances. I've also been having this error, and now that I've upgraded to FD 4.4.2, I get the error twice on startup.

Any ideas?
