#23 EQL Patch for Bare Newlines

There is a problem with bare newlines in the EQL
handler subsystem (subsystems/backup.php). They don't
often crop up, but occasionally, one will sneak
through, causing major problems and breaking the EQL
file, rendering it mostly useless for importing.

These patches are for three specific versions: 0.95,
0.96.0 and 0.96.2 (the package for 0.96.1 is flawed,
use 0.96.2 instead).

To apply this patch, download the file for YOUR version
and replace subsystems/backup.php with that.

After applying the patch (to the exporting site and
importing sites), you should be able to export.
