#6 Navigation View: Expanding Children

Created a navigation view ‘Expanding Children’ which
behaves much like ‘Expanding Hierarchy’, combined
with ‘Children Only’. It also highlights the current
section, based on 'current_navlink' from the Theme
style.css.

This was ripped from existing views (James) and
augmented with lots of posts from the forum. I.e. 5%
work on my part – 95% cannibalized.

I needed this for my projects – give it a twirl (drop into
modules\navigationmodule\views and it will become a
selection)

Not sure if I got the coding standards right though :)

When I placed Expanding Children.tpl under my
modules\navigationmodule\viewsand changed the
to Expanding Children.

All I see is my Home link and nothing else...
any immediate help please.

Basically I use Top Nav navigation under which there are
several links/sections one of them is Departments
so when I clock on Departments I needed it to expand
the departments section & If one Dept like Education is
chosen it has several sub sections which will show up...
once I click on another department like Recreation
automatically the previous Education link should collapse.

I have been spending some time for a month now on this
Sourceforge.net exponent forums. I am new to opensource &
php/mysql. Please help me at the earliest.
