#10 Cool Tabs Theme

A simple little theme that uses tables because I just
couldn't get the formatting right otherwise. It
requires Bullet Top Nav.tpl to be added to
modules/navigationmodule/views. It's basically the
last contribution except that it identifies the
current section with an id so it can be turned off
and that section looks like it's on top. The
motivation come from

cooltabstheme2.tar.gz is an attempt to get the current
section right. This was the best I could do, it would look
nicer than the first if I could get that one last tabs_left_on.gif
in place.

Well, I screwed around with the CSS and the tpl files, and
managed to get it working. I also repackaged the Bullet Top
Nav.tpl file in with the archive, so you don't need to
download it anymore.

I think I might use this as a base for a default theme
featuring CSS tabs.

Also, the archive is in the Exponent format, so you can
upload it through Upload Extension.
