#1 add option to not use xml file at all

xstream processing of the xml file seems a bit "slow" (1sec) and since I'm not modifying that xml file, let's add an option to use/not use xml file. This would be the same as when there's no sdcard.

I need to add a menu with a check box. The option will be saved in prefs. User will have to quit and reopen (not a big deal I think).
