[Explorer-devel] GE XML format 1.2

Hi everybody,

I've just uploaded the GE DTD XML specs 1.2 to the Files area of the GE
Yahoo list. Please take a look and tell me whether you like it: I'm diving
into coding any time now.

And yes, I know that the message and receipt elements are not properly
defined yet: this bit will have to wait until I've got the rest of the
format tested by practice.

All constructive feedback will be highly appreciated.
