#19 tag in CVS

It would be nice if one could not only tag the log-files with
something different than the date (as now) but als tag the
current status of the CVS. Then you could more easily identify
which revisions of the files were current when the experiment
was run (rather than a rather arbitrary date/time).
One has to take care that the tag is forced then: even if a
given revision has a tag already, it should also be tagged with
the new tag.

Great software anyhow.
