What is Uru64?  I know of Ubik, but Uru?

Anyhow, this is a problem in the system header files of Uru64 insofar,
as struct termio is only declared and the definition is located
somewhere eles (either #ifdeffed out or in a separate #include file).

Please look through the header files to see if a #define or additional
#include can solve this problem.
