The latest version is IO-Tty-1.02.tar.gz, why your attached tar file 
has 11.01, I can only guess: did you re-package it?

I appreciate that you are trying to be helpful, but the correct 
procedure is to point people to CPAN, where tehy can get the latest 
version.  Please stop sending software modules around, this is bad 
practice.
