#6 Output Redirection

It would be nice if the user change the default copyStream (in StreamPiper) from System.out and System.err to be different PrintStreams. I think it allows significant flexibility to control where the output ends up.

I got this working, but it required me to add some additional factory methods to ExpectJ.java and pass the PrintStreams down to the SpawnableHelper class, where I used them for creating the StreamPiper. I will send the files on request.

Any progress on this ? https://github.com/tgbyte/expectj also has added an option for this, albeit simpler.
