#4 Configuration dialog additions

- Animate "searching" dialog (perhaps add an animated
gif in place of recordingLabel?)
- Obtain /dev/parport0 from conf, rather than hard coded
- Allow Addition of new tabs, rename tabs, add icons to
tab.
- Improve button positioning. Drag and drop position of
buttons, add new button (brings up configuration)
