+Welcome to the Expanded Library (elib) project.  I am busy breaking about some libraries so that it's code can be easily reused in other projects and libraries.  I'm also reviewing the code to determine if more modern methods can be used to streamline the code.  This library is making use of features in C99 standard so only a compiler that is C99 compliant will work with it.  I will refuse any modification to do work around this in the official version of this library.

+The license of this full library is LGPL v 3.0 or greater.  There are parts of the library that may be covered by a different license, e.g. BSD, and I will include that in the documentation of the file.  However, because of the nature of GPL any code added to this must be able to be GPL compliant and will be covered by the distribution and use rules of the GPL.
