A new version of eXows War (and Documentation) is available.

This version adds the following modifications:
* The configuration are loaded in a new way:
** Now the files can be where you want on your server (you just have to precise the path to your configuration files on the web.xml)
** eXows will always reload the configuration file, in the past, some times the configuration was not loaded due to some Tomcat Caching problem.
* The INSPIRE configuration is now dependent of the service configuration, in other words, you can now have an INSPIRE configuration for each service instead of an INSPIRE configuration for one instance of eXows
* The autotest.jsp displays a more specific error message when there is a problem.
* The rewriting of the OnlineResource of the getCapabilities is now more clever and will be able to change all the occurrences of the old URL of your server.
* The vocabularies mechanism is now configurable directly in the configuration file.
* The available SRS are now configurable in the configuration file. All SRS added in the configuration file are added in the getCapabilities (WMS) and the corresponding Bounding Box is calculated.
