#7 Possibility to have specific collection

Actually we can have only some FeatureCollection, (due to the end of the response which is hard coded with wfs:FeatureCollection).

The header is template dependant so we can modify it easily, we need to have the same opportunity with the footer (maybe add a template_xxx.footer file)
