#2 Change reference to GSML in configuration and code

As eXows was previously for OneGeology Europe project and GML to GeoSciML transformation, a lot of classes and some markup in the configuration file are tagged with GeoSciML or GSML.

Now eXows wants to be more generic and then needs to forget these tags.

We need to remove these reference to GeoSciML or GSML in:
* configuration file
* configuration classes
* transformation classes
* transformation packages
