#4 POST error

When exows is called in POST protocol (for example http://localhost:8080/exows?config=FRA and xml content <gml:Feature....>), we receive a error because exows isn't enable to identify the protocol (REST or POST).

Idem with http://localhost:8080/FRA/? where the resource is not found.
